1. Who we are
Solari Systems LLC ("Solari," "we," "us") provides Solari, a grounded-intelligence chat product available at solarisystems.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Solari answers questions using a verified knowledge corpus and supporting AI models. We aim for grounded, cited, accurate answers — but Solari is software, and software can be wrong.
AI answers can be wrong. Solari may make mistakes, miss context, or give incomplete information. Verify anything important — especially anything you'd act on financially, medically, legally, or professionally — with a qualified human source before relying on it.
The service may change. We're actively building Solari. Features, models, limits, and pricing may evolve. We'll do our best not to break things you depend on, and we'll notify paying users of material changes by email.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Solari beyond the demo. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+). One human, one account.
4. Acceptable use
Use Solari for things that are legal, honest, and don't harm other people. Don't use Solari to:
- Generate content that's illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy our model weights or knowledge minds.
- Abuse the service (scraping the API, bypassing rate limits, automated misuse).
- Mislead other people about whether content came from a human or from AI.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this — usually after a warning, immediately for serious abuse.
5. Your responsibility for outputs
You decide what to do with Solari's answers. You're responsible for how you use them — including any decisions you make based on them, content you publish that includes them, and any harm caused by acting on incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Pricing & billing
Free tier
Free accounts get 10 grounded questions per day, forever. No card required.
Pro tier — $20/month
Pro unlocks unlimited (fair-use) questions, priority routing, and longer context. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe.
How payment works
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your card is charged $20 USD per month on the day you subscribe and the same day each month after.
- You can update your payment method or cancel from your account at any time.
- Failed payments may downgrade your account to Free until resolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep Pro features until then.
Refunds
No refunds for the current billing cycle after it begins, except where required by applicable law (such as certain consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction). If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll review it in good faith.
Fair use
"Unlimited" Pro is fair-use unlimited — designed for one human using Solari intensely for real work. Automated, abusive, or commercially-resold use is not covered and may trigger throttling or account review.
7. Your data
To provide Solari to you, we process the things you'd expect:
- Account info (email, name, hashed password) — to manage your account.
- Your messages and Solari's responses — to deliver the service, give you conversation history, and improve answer quality.
- Billing info — handled by Stripe; we receive enough metadata to manage your subscription.
- Operational data (timestamps, request counts, error logs) — to keep the service reliable.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve Solari's models and knowledge corpus.

8. Intellectual property
Yours stays yours. Anything you write to Solari, and the responses Solari gives you, are yours to use — for personal, business, or commercial purposes.
Ours stays ours. The Solari name, logo, software, models, knowledge minds, and underlying systems are owned by Solari Systems LLC. These terms don't grant you a license to those except as needed to use the service.
9. Disclaimers
Solari is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and online — but we don't guarantee uptime, factual correctness of every answer, or fitness for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Solari Systems LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Solari is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were told they could happen.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Solari evolves. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and — for material changes — email registered users in advance. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Termination
You can stop using Solari and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, or wind down the service with reasonable notice. If we end the service, we'll prorate any unused subscription time and refund it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, except where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
