By accessing or using any service provided by Solari Systems LLC ("Solari," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website at solarisystems.net, smart contract scanning tools, web development services, and AI automation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
Solari Systems provides:
Advisory nature: All smart contract security scans, reports, and findings provided by Solari are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or certification that your smart contract is free of vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits.
No guarantee of completeness: Automated scanning tools detect known vulnerability patterns. They may not detect novel attack vectors, complex business logic flaws, or vulnerabilities arising from interactions between multiple contracts. No automated tool or manual audit can guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solari Systems LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:
Maximum liability: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Solari for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Recommendation: For contracts handling significant value, we strongly recommend combining automated scanning with independent manual audits from multiple qualified firms before mainnet deployment.
Your code: You retain all ownership rights to the smart contract code you submit for scanning. We do not claim any rights to your source code.
Our services: All content, tools, reports, templates, and materials provided by Solari are the intellectual property of Solari Systems LLC. Scan reports are licensed to you for your internal use. Digital products are licensed per the terms stated on the product page.
Project deliverables: For custom development projects, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Solari retains the right to use general techniques, methods, and non-proprietary components in future work.
By using our Services, you agree to:
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solari Systems LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
